The training simulator enables to train very important skills of applying sutures in laparoscopic surgery. The pad is made of elastic material similar to biological tissues, providing high reality of training. None of the surgeons who want to master laparoscopic technique can do without this training simulator!
The pad is developed by the Research Enterprise “Steepen” involving experts with many years’ experience in laparoscopic surgery.
It simulates relief soft tissues enabling to train various techniques of endoscopic suture methods. Certain elements of the pad are intended for applying sutures and knots in hard-to-rich areas!
Special elastic material not only imitates biological tissues, but provides repeated applying and removing sutures. The training simulator enables to control accuracy of applying sutures – in case of “overconstriction” of knots the tissue can be cut through.
A vast working surface provides long-term use. The size of the pad is considerably larger than those analogs in the market: 15х22 cm, weight 400 g. It enables to use it practically in all the laparoscopic training simulators.
The pad is used in the training simulators of a “box-like” type.
