PAYMENT OF GOODS

1) We do not require prepayment for standard delivery to a convenient Nova Poshta department*: Buyer can pay for purchase at the Nova Poshta department on receiving his order in a way suggested by a carrier (cash or banking card).

You may pay for your order by a banking card on the site of payment sent to you by our manager after your order is confirmed.

You may pay by bank transfer – if you want to pay for purchase by your Internet bank, inform us and we will send you account with all the necessary details. The use of online payment service LiqPay is a convenient way of payment as well.

2) Delivery to the address or parcel machines is possible on the terms of prepayment. In this case, after the order is confirmed we will send the link to Buyer on the site of payment by banking card.

RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return goods not used during 14 days since the moment of their delivery. If you have not returned the goods during this period of time, and if the goods have been used, return is not possible. The goods must be returned together with their original package. If you want to return purchase consisting of several articles as a complete set, return is possible only in case the whole set is returned, not separate articles. The list of goods which cannot be returned is stipulated by Ukrainian “Law on Consumer Protection”.

In case the goods liable to be returned do not suit you, make a call to us and we will organize return.

After return is registered, the goods that do not suit you are sent to Nova Poshta department indicated for delivery.

The goods that do not suit are returned at the expense of Buyer. You should put sales receipt into a parcel for refunding. The costs for goods that do not suit you are refunded non-cash. A commission for return is charged at Buyer’s expense.

Any changes concerning the terms and rules of delivery, payment and return of goods can be introduced and come into force the moment they are published on the web site. From time to time look through this part of the web site.

*Buyers whose total sum of registered purchase is over 10 000 hryvnas and who make orders on the site themselves, are given 10% discount automatically. In case of making orders in another way (“in one click”, by phone, e-mail, by means of messengers, in private message on our site in social networks etc.) 5% discount is introduced.

**If Buyer wants a delayed delivery, the goods may be put off no more than one working day. Delivery may be delayed longer in case of complete payment for the order. If Buyer wants to get his/her unpaid purchase in a longer period of time (for example, in a week, month or year), the goods will be returned on sale and the order will be cancelled. It will be renewed on an appropriate date after notice/call from Buyer and if the goods are available.

*** If Buyer did not come to Nova Poshta departments for previous orders to check/receive them, the following purchase will be delivered only in case of complete prepayment (payment by a banking card or bank transfer BEFORE delivery). Delivery to Nova Poshta parcel machines can be done on the assumption of prepayment (payment by a banking card or bank transfer BEFORE delivery).
