GOODS DELIVERY
We do our best for you to receive your order as soon as possible. After you have made an order it is being processed – our consultant will call you in order to specify the list of goods, their availability and other details. Processing and delivery of orders take place on weekdays. The orders made on Saturday and Sunday or during days-off are processed the following working day*. To deliver goods we use services of other mail and messenger services: nowadays all the orders from our shop are delivered by means of Nova Poshta. Your order will be delivered to a Nova Poshta department convenient for you. Delivery to your address is possible as well, if Nova Poshta carrier is able to deliver goods to the necessary address. A package is stored at the Nova Poshta depertment according to the rules of the carrier, and when a standard free term of storage is over the order not received by Buyer will be returned to Seller**.

PACKING
We try to make a package minimum. Therefore, all the articles are packed when a certain order is made. Basically the order/article is packed carefully in a carton box (a compact flat package may be used for small articles). Externally the box is covered with additional protective film (protection against moisture/dirt and other damages during transporation). In case you have special wishes concerning package of your purchase you should inform us about it, and we will try to find possible solution
